I’m Simon, owner of Simple Simons EPC Service and a fully qualified air tightness tester. Using the latest state-of-the-art Pulse equipment from Build Test Solutions, I deliver accurate air tightness testing with same-day certification.
In addition to air testing, I am a qualified PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessor and Coordinator, as well as an experienced background ventilation tester.
My services support compliance with Part L Building Regulations, including air testing for new build sign-off.
